Film ReviewJUSTICE...Well here he is again folks. One of my more accepted actors with dodgy Barnets (Barnet Fair..hair) My favourite is Bruce Willis. I wish he would tell me where he gets his Syrups from. I am just about ready.
Well Nick, not one of your better films but acceptable. Set in New Orleans, Will (Nick Cage), a teacher and his wife Laura (January Jones) are out celebrating their wedding anniversary. Too much fun you say and, would be right. Laura is attacked and raped. He is approached by Simon (Guy Pearce) who offers Will a way of getting even with the villains but, not in a nice legal way. If Simon fulfils his side of the bargain then, Will will be in Simon"s debt. There the story turns into a free for all. With vigilante organisations intent on cleaning up the city by any means, turns what could have been a good premise into a laughable farce. Please Nick, old chap, be a bit more choosy about which scripts you pick else it will be back to " Leaving LA "...for real.
Well filmettes that time is upon us again. On February the 26th you will cry with the losers and laugh with the winners. You will gasp as one brave winner makes a speech that is not from the Auto-cue.
