BUSESHere are some important facts about public transport buses. The buses on Ibiza run to time and services overlap, so it is unusual to have a long wait. It is advisable to have the exact fare, or small change, as it is often required by the driver if it's a busy time.

TAXIS The authorised licensed taxi on Ibiza is white. They can be hailed down if showing a red light, although in many instances, particularly late at night - or in the early hours of the morning - the driver may ignore a waving hand, and return to the official taxi rank in his area. Taxis can also be called by telephone, but not usually pre-booked. Useful taxi numbers:
